Obviously, a jewel box! This wonderful store, just moved to bigger, better digs, has the most exquisite jewelry as well as stunning art on the walls. It is virtually impossible for me to walk in and not fall in love with one piece of unique and lovely jewelry. The petite and so very unique rings make my heart sing...so I buy a couple....blown away to see they have Roebuck’s abstracts hanging ...first saw them at Lola’s SF then Open Studios. Wow. Throckmorton Rocks.

A magical shop to match the magical Mill Valley. I came across this shop in the rain and enjoyed browsing all the carefully curated pieces from local artists and the surrounding area. While browsing the person working gave me excellent local tips and sights to help me plan a wonderful day in Mill Valley. So warm and welcoming! Beautiful shop, vibes, and folks!

Love this place! Husband and I literally stumbled across this gem- can't help but keep going back! Originally tried on a tile necklace with unique fastenings to chain, a masculine leather bracelet for hubby, and now he went back and found another unique necklace and bracelet as a gift. It's truly difficult to find unique gifts, as jewelry stores typically have the same stuff. This is jewelry and other gifts, from an exquisite couple who is passionate about supporting local businesses. They're lovely. PLUS when you make a purchase, you get the cutest simple wrapping and an air plant! The air plant is a gift itself, with while rocks and different shapes in cement. So simple, so cool. People keep asking where we get the plants and jewelry! Go support your local creatives and come home with a piece that you'll love and show off.

Love at first sight! Ever since Jeff and Bonnie opened Poet and the Bench I've been smitten with everything they so carefully curate at their beautiful store. They've continued to expand the artists they showcase and always include unique designs in all price ranges. I'll go in to look for a gift and then see something I can't live without. My boyfriend gave me one of Jeff's pieces and I get compliments on it every time I wear it - which is almost every day. And now with their custom candles, tea and bath soaps, it's quite irresistible!

What a great find! Jeff and Bonnie, the owners of this quaint shop ~ are lovely people. Their shop is full of a variety of different artist creations. Perfect place to pick up gifts and support a fast growing small business in downtown Mill Valley. The jewelry is unique and quality-made. I bought a beautiful pair of earrings I adore ~created by Danielle Weldmond. I also purchased a natural cologne that my husband loves. ***jewelry, candles, scarves, wall art, pottery, the list goes on....*** Wonderful place to drop in ~ you may just find the perfect gift for your Valentine!

I stopped by this adorable shop to look at their coats. I was blown away at their selection of art, jewelry, and apparel. But the best part of this little shop is the customer service. Wow! I came in with my 5 year old and they not only made us feel welcome, they gave her activities to do. Such a lovely warm place. Will be back for sure!

4/9/24 This is a delightful shop operated by Bonnie and resident jeweler, Jeffrey. I appreciate Jeffrey's jewelry designs for men and women and that there are many pieces and price points to choose from. My favorite go to was Gallery of Jewels on 24th Street but it closed a year or two ago. I am glad to have a new, wonderful place to find unique jewelry (and more) created by local artists!

Stopped in for permanent jewelry and am already planning a second trip for a housewarming gift. Love my new permanent gold bracelets beautifully and effortlessly added to my arm by Jeffrey. What a gem this place is—the owners are kind, friendly and provide great local recommendations. Grateful to find this special place in the beautiful downtown of Mill Valley.

I love this store and the amazing array of art and jewelry. Jeffrey and Bonnie have wonderful relationships and stories of the artists they carry and the pieces they feature are just gorgeous. Its my go to place for gifts for special people in my life. Literally the best of Mill Valley!!

Jeff and Bonnie are such sweet inviting people. Jeff walked me through my first permanent jewelry made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend stopping by their shop while in Mill Valley!
